2. Lifetime Hosting Service Definition

“Lifetime Hosting” refers to hosting services provided for a single one-time payment for the operational lifetime of the service, subject to account resource allocations (CPU, RAM, NVMe storage, and inode limits) and account activity policies.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

All accounts must adhere to fair resource usage guidelines. Accounts must not be used for illegal file sharing, malware dissemination, spam generation, or activities that compromise server infrastructure or neighbor accounts.

4. Domain Names & Third-Party Services

Lifetime hosting pricing applies solely to base website hosting. Annual domain registration, renewal fees, premium plugin licenses, or dedicated IP add-ons are billed separately.

5. Refund Guarantee

Hostivo offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for initial plan purchases. Refund requests submitted within 30 days of purchase will be processed according to original payment terms.
